“Impartial Grace” is a term I believe was coined by Dr. Otis Skinner in the 1840’s. “Impartial Grace” is synonymous with universal reconciliation. The term denotes “grace without favoritism.” God’s nature is love and His love is without favoritism. He loves all He has created. He loves the most virtuous man and He loves the most heinous. His love is given whether it is accepted by its object or not. His love is impartial. His grace is never ending. His mercies are forever.
His love is “Impartial Grace.”
This website is built to advance the cause of “Impartial Grace.” It is dedicated to God, to His Son and to His Holy Spirit. It is God Who will be “all in all.”
“Impartial Grace” is not an orthodox Christian doctrine. It has many enemies especially from others professing Christian authority. The doctrine that is “Impartial Grace” challenges the widely held belief God’s grace has an end and that His love is limited by His wrath. “Impartial Grace” challenges the validity of the doctrine known as “Eternal Conscious Torment.”
“Impartial Grace” cannot coexist with the doctrines of “Eternal Conscious Torment” or with the one-off doctrine of “Conditional Immortality (annihilation).”
“Impartial Grace” is heresy to the advocates of “Eternal Conscious Torment.” It matters not that advocates of “Impartial Grace” agree with the advocates of “Eternal Conscious Torment” on so much else that is basic Christian doctrine.
Christ Jesus prayed for unity among us. It is our prayer that His Word be honored and glorified. It is our prayer that all will come to know Him as Lord, confess love of Him and repent of sin. We are confident “every knee will bow and every tongue confess Jesus is Lord to the glory of the Father.” Amen.
